Exactly. Plus I was always thinking that there were other songs suitable for rotation but not from SEGA games, per se.

If you mean third party stuff, then that is allowed.

There was an Ecco Dreamcast game?
I'm already looking. Though Ecco rips outside the 16/8-bit era are really hard to come by due to low popularity.

I think it was called Ecco: Defender of the future, I may need to double search, but it did end the story altogether

You might have better luck if you search for the PS2 version - Do believe they had the same soundtrack.
