Just finished replaying The Getaway for Ps2, such an old game, but still great (though it does show it's age)

I really liked it. After snooping around a bit in Wikipedia, I think I've fallen in love with the PoP trilogy. Now I'll be really trying to get my hands on Prince of Persia: Warrior Within.

Also finished DeathSpank.
I've gotta say, it's truly a very simple game. Perhaps the reason it's reviews contain scores around 7 is BECAUSE it is that simple. It contains nothing too complex and it was never too hard, in fact, it was way too easy. Perhaps even more easy than Sonic Chronicles and the Dark Brotherhood... though they ARE different types of RPGs...
Even so, I liked it. It was enjoyable and it had a somewhat nice humor, though it DID get cheesy at times. Though I guess the ending was a bit off with the cliffhanger. Guess I'll have to get the sequel in order to find out the rest...
Warrior Within is ass, don't bother.

The story sucks though, skip it and play the third game instead.

Been wrapping my head around finding everything in Bayonetta. Including all the weapons, and extra modes of play. I keep trying to strive to snag more platinum's but get my butt kicked along the way.

A fellow PoP fan? Interesting.. well to catch you up to speed. Warrior Within is about...
1) Time travel
2) Finding the Empress of Time
3) Taking on a monster (the Dahaka) guardian of the timeline you've broken
4) A much more darker Prince
5) Lots and lots of slicing and dicing

The combat is much better in Warrior Within, I'll give it that. Shame it seemed the devs got way too excited they improved the combat and put in way too many fights. It's good but not good enough to carry the game as much as it tried.

I'm not REALLY a PoP fan, but you could say I've gotten interested in playing the PoP games. I've gotta say though, I've played a bit now and I'm already prefaring the Sands of Time. It's not necessarily bad in any particular way... it's just that I preferred the first one. It kept me interested but I lose interest in the game as soon as the first death.
I've also gotten interested in Assasin's Creed and while the first game is defenetaly more fun than PoP: Warrior Within, I enjoyed the first PoP way too much.
