Paid a visit to the house of the Ex-owner of Ocean Finance
The guy loves his fruit machines & has a massive games room full of the older ones, really great collection & a honour for him to have some of us off another forum round.
On a side note i've been hit with the flu hard, felt it kicking in this morning but just had some covonia & sucked on Soothers all day to keep it at bay... which it did, i suppose all that sewerage the other day couldn't of helped -.-

Some of these posts from the past couple of days have just been frigging hilarious![]()
Tic Tac, sir?
Rant/Moan
So i wake up this morning not feeling too bad, iffy throat but i can live with that.... Dad then asks me to "nip to work" as he needs my help getting a gearbox out in a Pug 207, only a small box & engine so its an hour/hour & half job. That was at half 10.
We didn't leave till just gone 4 due to people turning up & interrupting us, people leaving locking nuts at home (Honestly, if you have a blowout what use is the spare wheel if the locking nut at home???) Then a power cut sending the alarm crazy. Wouldn't of been so bad if it was in a seal unit, but he had the shutter fully open & no heat. Not to mention we had a trip to B&Q to pick up some more parts for the drain & then to Morrison's for some more shopping.
Feel like utter shit now & have done for the past few hours, long soak in the bath didn't help as it usually does, and the best part of it, i'm back with him in the morning to fit the clutch & put the box back in, no doubt he'll be whining as to why i'm sluggish. Is it any wonder if you won't give me time to recooperate of a day.
(Didn't get much peace tonight as BT had billed him wrongly & had me spend an hour digging up old bills & old emails etc)
December is not my month so far -.-
