To be honest, Digimon Tamers is the only Digimon I actually finished. I tried my hands on rewatching and FINISHING Digimon first season but I got bored and stopped watching somewhere around episode 50-70.
I've always wanted to give Digimon season 2 a go but never really got to it yet since I haven't finished Season 1.
Again, Digimon Tamers will always be my favorite. It had lovable characters and god I loved Guilmon. Oh and all the feels for when a certain Digimon died. It literally made me cry at that age. Perhaps a bit of a depressing ending as well. But yeah, quite beautiful. I think it was also the first season that started telling us a bit more about The Digiworld and the creators and the god and creator of it all.
I used to watch Frontier quite a bit. It wasn't bad but there's just something about a Digimon anime that expects you to have a character along with their Digimon partner. A character without a partner is just... weird. It's like a season of Pokemon but with just Ash. No pikachu.
Savers.... meh. I feel like they ruined Agumon though...
To be honest, I actually thought Xros Wars was bad. I'd seen bad reviews which said that it wasn't interesting at all. I guess the only thing that really interested me in Xros Wars is the fact that a lot of characters from previous seasons make cameos in this show and while I never even STARTED watching Xros Wars, I watch the hell out of that one episode scene where the main protagonist of every season appears and they all just start to beat the crap out of digimon... yep...
I guess I've just stopped watching Digimon. Really the only thing I do related to Digimon is play the old games on the PS1 using an emulator.
Granted, Digimon games today aren't as good as new Pokemon games but the old games were certainly Badass. Rumble arena... and Digimon World 3... fuck yeah. Those two Digivolve my world around XP.

Pokemons first 5 seasons were good but became bad when it got to the Hoenn region, that's when i stopped watching it.
Ignoring the fact that more than half of Digimons lookridiculous. Beyond ridiculous most of the time. xDQuills on Wheels wrote:Pokemon's anime isn't that wonderful either anymore, Ignoring the fact of how ridiculous looking the new Pokemon are...

Same goes for the most recent Pokemon designs. And that tiger sun glasses wearing Digimon was awesomeRWDebara wrote:

Sure, recent Pokémon series might be a pile of toss, but the original ones (up to Pokemon Johto, maybe even the one after) were really good. All the classic, iconic 'mon, and some great characters. Digimon has always been ridiculous, very weak story-wise and the characters (both human and Digimon ones) suck hairy bum.
Gotta love Charlton Heston in Planet of the Apes :DKiller French Bread wrote:yeah but that gif is quality.
