The framework of the OS, IE from Windows Xp to Vista Synth Sound was removed from the OS, but was addable via Direct X & a few tweaks. Whereas in W7 it isn't possible to get it working as far as i know.Dr Shaneman wrote:Behind the scenes?

Edit: Pretty sure they removed the classic shell as well as as aero & the silly Metro UI is always on & non stoppable via normal means.
