RadioSEGA Meetup @ Eurogamer Expo 2010
Its a shame, coming back i was some what disapointed!!!! didnt stay there long, maybe an hr or so, 20% of the games on show are already released titles, and the rest.... well not so good, some dance games, dj / singing.. f1 / gran turismo 5. new fable, assasins creed brotherhood, Gears 3 ( which looked awsome) they also showed PS3 move and Kinect which was what you would expect from motion controls. The only game i queued up to play was Zelda skyward sword.... its quite hard control wise as you would play it like the previous releases of zelda, so theres a whole new move set you need to re learn on it, the product "demo" as they called it didnt look great at all so lets hope they have improved it. now i know the ones who go there i have missed out quite a few top titles, but from my point of view personally....... i have been to a lot better games expos and will not be returning to this one in the future!
Compared to last year, it was a tad disappointing. I blame the lack of big 2011 titles, to be honest.
I did enjoy it though. Got to play some good games, and I'll certainly be going again next year. But when you compare what games were on show last year as compared to this, there weren't many big upcoming games around.
Ah well, I got a photo taken with Yuji Naka and lost to him in a game of Jankenpon...twice.

I don't supposed that it helped that MCM expo is only a few weeks after it; companies may tend to pick one or the other rather than both.Gavvie wrote:Compared to last year, it was a tad disappointing. I blame the lack of big 2011 titles, to be honest.

I did read some stuff about it, shame really. But as I heard, Duke was supposed to be at EGE, but it was in Amsterdam first, in FirstLook, which was at the same time as EGE. Maybe it'll appear at MCM Expo, we may never know.Gavvie wrote:Compared to last year, it was a tad disappointing. I blame the lack of big 2011 titles, to be honest.

I live here now!
Well here's what MCM will have games wise.Gavvie wrote:I don't really think that had much to do with it. I've not heard of any companies that're showcasing games at MCM that weren't at Eurogamer.
