No foolies!
Apparently they have downloadable codes on the official Sega fan page for Genesis titles every Tuesday. I missed out a few days ago (apparently they had Space Harrier II), but it looks like they'll be doing it for a few more weeks.

Yeah, these tend to be the most recent titles they've added onto Steam/Game Gate for the Mega Drive Classics Collection.
Not bad for free, I guess, but it does depend on what they're offering.
