I've just give Guardian heroes a play through. It's pretty good. Just a nice solid button basher really. You got your light and strong attacks and you also have this skeletor looking knight that follows you around and you can command him to do what you want. On my first playthrough I got to the last bosses then died annoyingly. Only thing that bugs me is how you character levels up throughout the game and you can upgrade numerous attributes but when you die everything gets set to zero anyway. Good overall though. Try it again tomorrow.

I am very proud of myself. Yesterday before bed I stayed up playing SA2B and I finally finished Hero Story! I am dreading Dark Story though seeing as I am stuck at Security Hall.
I'll be playing more of Unleashed this weekend (I WILL get past Dragon Road night!) along with a bit of '06. That is, If I can figure out where to go next...

Played through the first F.E.A.R last week for the first time and enjoyed it so I just started playing the second on last night. It's amazing how far games have come on graphically. The leap between the two is just redonkulus. They've tightened up the controls alot too and they've kept all the little girl popping up everywhere bein all creepy so it's looking good so far. It got really average reviews though so im interested to see how long my interest keeps up.
EDIT: started playing Metal gear 4 on the ps3 at the begining of the week. I've not played it in 2 years so i've forgotten alot of it so it's feeling fresh while im playing. Graphics still hold up well. Makes me laugh though when it came out fanboys were saying how it was technically impossible for mgs4 to come out on the xbox but 2 years later I can think of arseloads of games on both platforms that look better lol. I suppose it's what happens with consoles, as the tech gets older they learn how to better utilize it.

I love Guardian Heroes

I would pay buckets to play that on XBLA!
Right now I've been playing Sonic 4, obviously, and almost completed PSP2.
Sonic 4 - After a lot of play time and some extended play with Super Sonic I must say I'm impressed. There's technical niggles (why the fuck does sonic become vurnable at the peak of his jump?) but overall it's a good start.
New Super Mario Bros - Onto World 7 now! The game just gets better and better, it's never unfair but always challenging. Can't wait to go back and hunt out all of those Star Coins (do they do anything useful?)
Wii Party - It's really good fun! The house games are hilarious, although obviously designed for children more than adults. Most of the mini-games are good fun to play and the variations between vs and co-op modes are great. It's a great package when you consider there's a free remote.

It changes the background of the bottom screen. Not much, but you also get bragging rights!Rayne wrote: New Super Mario Bros - Onto World 7 now!
