Was there any big changes from SA2 to SA2 Battle? Been ages since I touched the GC port and all I can remember were the added content in 2 player mode. And slightly worse controls (or was that Adventure DX?).

Added multiplayer content, took Big the Cat out. Can't really say they added much else, to be honest.

Nah, anything Chao related was seperated and the touched up graphics didn't look that good and the multiplayer was ass anyway.

I'd say it was about the same. The graphics didn't improve it but they didn't make it look worse.

Not that I'm aware of, unless he was in the multiplayer.
Edit: Oh actually I'm pretty sure I remember him showing up as an easter egg in one level. But I could be thinking of a different game... or a different character.
