Regarding Samus, I used her in Brawl due to her unique moveset of being slick and supple. Yeah, she's some eye candy but I think as a fighter without the suit, I think she played much better then with the suit to be honest!

Maybe going offtopic but there should be a part in the Metroid games where it allows you to walk around as Zero Suit.
