Game Gear games, HD Yakuza, Caves and Project Divas, oh my...
Sonic Lost World isn't the only news to come from today's Nintendo Directs. More info from the streams brought new info on other titles, even those exclusive to Japan.
The first of which sees more Game Gear titles will be heading to the 3DS' eShop in the U.S. and Europe in the future. Those games are:

Japan's Direct was a "SEGA Direct" of sorts, co-hosted by Toshihiro Nagoshi, as they showed some exclusives coming there. They announced Yakuza 1&2 HD coming exclusively to the Wii U. Gameplay showed how the GamePad use be ultilized throughout the game, such as checking on character status and navigation. A bundle is slated for June 2013.
The Cave shall be making its arrival to Japan's Wii U eShop sometime this year. The game already became available in January here in the West.
Vocaloid fans will be pleased to know that Hatsune Miku Project Diva: Mirai 2 will be heading to the 3DS this fall. This sequel will be packed with more features than the original with gameplay focus with the 3DS' buttons and touchscreen. The graphics and difficulty will also see a major change as well.
Finally, Iwata-San announced a new Mario & Sonic title coming soon to Wii U and 3DS: Mario & Sonic at the Sochi Winter Olympic Games 2014 (quite the mouthful!). Features include better character and environmental details, new events like Figure Skating Pairs, and use of the Wii U Gamepad on some events. Dream Events are also coming back along with a mixed event that combines skiing, snowboarding, skating and bobsleighing.
