The well renowned game designer to speak on one of SEGA's most favored titles.
The 2014 Game Developer's Conference will have a special guest~ And that's the man that helped brought us such games as Space Harrier, Virtua Fighter and Hang-On into SEGA fans' lives. Yu Suzuki will be attending for a special Classic Games Postmortem. This GDC visit will have him speak on of SEGA's "all-star" classics: Shenmue.
The hour-long session will be translated for the English speaking crowd by Mark Cerny, lead architect of the PlayStation 4. The man behind the Dreamcast fav will speak on what led Shenmue on production from its start as firstly becoming a Virtua Fighter RPG originally named Akira’s Quest, and the game's 1999 development/release.
The 2014 Game Developer's Conference will take place March 2014 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, California.
