Below are some commonly asked questions that should help you if you have any problems using the RadioSEGA playlist features. If you have a problem and you can't find the answer, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.
The radio stream is open for anyone to listen to and we thank you for your interest. If you would like to hear your favourite track during the daily (non-hosted) show period then you will need two things. Firstly, to be a member of our community - which you can be a part of by clicking on the Register link above. Secondly, once you are a member, you will need to be logged into the website. Once logged in, click the Playlist link above, and find your track by following the links from the game that the track is part of.
You can! (if you are a member). After logging into the site, click on the playlist link and find your favourite tracks. Once found, there is a link on the right-hand side, next to the track that says, "Favourite"
Once you have favoured your favourite tracks, click on the My Favourites link and you will see a list of your favourite tracks.
Every time you make a request it is logged in the system so that you can get a mention when the track plays. Not only that but by keeping track of the requests, we can create the charts that show which tracks are more popular than others, and using this information, we may eventually have the Top 40 Chart show!!
Not only do we count the top 40 tracks side-wide, we can use this count to show you which tracks make up your top 20 requests. Click on My Top 20 to find out which tracks you request the most.
By all means. Simply click on the link that takes you to My Favourites, find the track in the list and click on the Remove link.
There are a number of reasons why a request may fail - the server could be busy, the track has been recently requested or a track from the same game, or you are not logged into the site. It may be a temporary unexplained issue that we at RadioSEGA should look into. If this happens, please let us know, either on the forums or by clicking here. It would be helpful if you could include the error number in your email - for example, "600: Unknown Error".
