SNS returns with a Battle Royale, and it's a first for the series!
After two weeks away from the airwaves, Saturday Night SEGA is back tomorrow night, and I'm very happy to say that I'm feeling a lot happier within myself, so that's good. Thanks for your patience.
As for what we're coming back with, we're going hard with an idea I had during SEGATHON 3, I believe it was, and it's a corker. Basically, for the first time ever we're pitting a classic SEGA soundtrack against itself, namely Sonic the Hedgehog's iconic Mega Drive/Genesis soundtrack versus the Beta versions, released on the Sonic 1 & 2 Soundtrack back in 2011.
If you're unfamiliar with the Battle Royale, here's how it's going to work - In each music break, you'll only hear two tracks - the MD/Gen version, and then the Beta version. After each track has played, the battle has then begun, and you can place your vote as to which one you preferred. Here's how:
As for who wins? You'll get to find out on next week's show as, thanks to me being awesome, we're doubling up the Battle Royale and throwing in Sonic 2 as well!
I hope you can join us tomorrow night, from 10pm UK Time, as we find out whether the Mega Drive soundtracks to two legendary games can defeat their previously unheard Beta versions!

Beta? Do you mean the Masa's Demo verisons, as in the keyboard-MIDI versions before they became chiptunes? Can't wait for tomorrow though :DReport
